I was recently in a car accident & my car (a 2003 Honda CR-V) had to be towed away. The engine was untouched, the front/side needs some body work, but what I'm most worried about is that bot\nh of the front airbags deployed. There's at least 120,000 miles on the car. It's been good to me & I'm really hoping that it's repairable. Any expert opinions?
So it snowed on Saturday night and all the week it has just been fish and cold and I've been walking to work and just starting up my engine every other day or so and today it\n just wont start at all I dont know if that's either my car battery is dead or if just coz it was frozen over? It try's to start but then stops and when I turn the key it doesn't make a noise sometimes as well just a mixture of things if I turn the key and put he heating on will that \ndo it good or wilthat make the battery worse? Please help its a fiat punto 20ǣ if that's anyhelp
For example Toyota Camry 2007-2011 same shape, and in 2012 redesigned. The people who bought it in 2011 how do they feel buying the car for same price as what the new shape will come out?
I can put down $1000 and trade in a car worth about . I don't care what car I buy, but would like a new car because I don't know anything about car repairs and don't want to deal with the maintenance issues of used cars. I'd prefer to buy than lease, as I may have to drive a lot of miles in the next couple of years. I am wondering about the Nissan Versa Sedan, which supposedly has an MSRP under $11,000, but really need the payments to be at or below $200 per month.
Thank you very much.
Hey i turned 17 last week and my mom replaced my used bmw 550i with a audi r8. it is silver and black and has a v8 or a v10 i think. i like it a lot and like to drive it fast but when i was driving on the freeway with my friend i shifted down in to second gear to accelerate faster and he said it was bad for the car to\n downshift it and do that and i wanted to know if anyone knows if its bad for the car to downshift if it will put the car in mid-high rpm when i shift down
Lol.. Say between the years 2006-2008 and with aboutೆ-80k miles on them do you think they will last much longer? Or should I just get some kind of honda or toyota that lasts forever lol
So i'm with a friend and we thought it would be a good idea to go off-roading with my little Mitsubishi mirage. Obviously, it wasn't as good of an idea as we thought.
After driving for a while, there was a patch of snow in front of us. And obviously that was no big deal. But upon driving on it, we quickly leard that it was really ice. It broke underneath my car. The ice is and inch or two thick. And underneath it is a lot of mud and water. We found some wood and tried to use it for traction. But that didn't work. I also tried my floor mats. Those haven't worked either.
I'd call someone, except both of our phones are dead. And neither of us have a facebook to contact anyone either.
We also don't know where we are or exactly how we got here.
Any suggestions??
Also, i know that we are incredibly stupid, so please don't give us too much crap about that.
Hey looking for my first car because I just turned 16, my budget is $15,000. So a 10,000 car so I have enough for insurance and other things. Any suggestions on a car? I don't want any street ricers like a turd toyota supra or Honda civic but I don't want anything that's like a family safe car. Something on the lines of a subaru 2.5rs. Thanks in advance. 10 point to best idea
I have a 02 passat and I need an intercooler for it. VW wants $670 for one, but I found one online for $1Ƚ that says "OEM"… is that aftermarket because the mechanic told me not to get aftermarket becaus\ne they typically don't fit. It would be so awesome if this one was the right fit… It has a warranty, but I don't know if it would be worth the chance because I would have to pay labor for him to put it on and then off and back on again if it is the wrong part. What should I do?
