My dad has said the limit for my first car would be around 13k which would last me past college. Him and I think that a 2008 or 2009 honda accord LX or any model would be a good, safe, and reliable car for me. I love luxury and feel like this is a nice car without it being obnoxious for a first car. Any thoughts?

83 honda accord wont start. What's wrong? Please help?
