in 07/2011 i failed to yield hitting another car (a minor dent and a couple scratches). i was driving my sisters van- which was uninsured, and my insurance denied the claim ($2572). Douglas Knight and Associates is threatening to suspend my license if I cant come up with at least $1000. Can they do this???? I am receiving government aid for myself and children, am a single mother of 2, full time employee, part time student, etc. There's No Way i can come up with this kind of money, and need my license to get everywhere.
