2003 Ford Taurus.
Nothing much to go on, I've had it for just over a year and it has about 120,000 miles.
It's simply running really loud. Not a weird noise, really. Almost as if I'm revving the engine, and there's also, maybe, a vibrating noise. It really only acts up when I go 30+ mph.
It's hard to explain. It started a few weeks ago, and I've had an oil change since then. Which didn't affect it.
I don't expect my car to last forever, so if it's something that won't kill the car tomorrow, I'm not too worried.
Please and thanks.

Get it checked out.
Check your exhaust system. Might be a simple exhaust leek caused by a hole. Usually it's a simple and cheap fix.
did your exhaust fall apart? crawl under the car and inspect the exhaust for obvious flaws..
Let a Ford dealer technician drive your car with you. Take advantage of the fact that your a loyal Ford owner. He won't bite you and it won't cost a lot of money if you take the diagnosis to a good independent local shop if necessary http://www.AutoMd.com
By the way, the spark plugs on your engine should have been changed at 100,000 miles. I would also have the transmission fluid changed if it hasn't been done in the last 60,000 miles. Don't forget a front wheel brake pad check the dealer will do for free. You can save money if you don't let the pads run too thin and score the brake rotors. Then you have to buy new rotors too!
