i tried to replace a oil pressure switch in a 97 honda accord. when i tightened in the new one, the threaded end broke off in the hole. i tried screw extractors but they break. right now there is half of a screw extractor stuck in it. there is no way of getting the piece out. all i want to do is fill the whole with some kind of resin so it doesnt leak. any ideas of what would work? i was thinking liquid metal filler. any advice would be great. thank you.

You really have a problem, that switch has to be installed because the oil pressure will blowout whatever type of sealant you try to fill that hole with. You say that you have tried easy outs, they broke. What about left handed drill bits? Bottom line, your going to have to get that broken part out of the block and a new switch put in, making sure that no metal shavings are allowed back down the oil port.
you must have tightened it too much. if you can catch thread try to re-thread the hole. it might bring out the broken part.
