A few days ago I turned the car on and went back outside to get the ice off the wipers, I heard this squealing noise coming from under the hood…not sure if it's because the car was so cold or what? I've only ever heard it that one time. It's only a 2010..Chrysler 300 Limited, so hopefully it's nothing serious.. Please help me out with ideas of what this could be! Thanks!

sounds like one of your belts
nothing to stress over
Starting a car in the cold is a bigger drain on the battery and the alternator works harder at first and the belt may slip on that pulley. Soon as the alternator catches up everything is OK. If your serpentine belt is worn, cracked, or shiny on the ribbed side it may be due for a replacement. I wouldn't worry about it.
if its like a squeek its prob just ur belt, ur engine wouldve warmed up and melted snow and ur belt prob got wet, nbd
The surpintine belt may be loose, wet or worn. If you look under the hood and check the tension of the belt you'll notice it may be loose. If so it needs tightend. If it is already tight then it may have got wet and slipped on a pully
Probably just a belt. When that happens again hurry and get in the car and rev the engine up a few times so the belt doesnt burn.
