I have had this bike since January 2011 and it has worked perfectly since. I do not ride it too much because I'm away at college and it stays at home but every time I come down, it runs fine. T. his time however, I come home and the bike will not start. It won't even turn over. I have done FINE-C and it is still not responding. No lights work, the horn either, and the brake lights also. As far as i can tell, no wires have been disconnected and the 20 fuse is fine. My dad, being good with motorcycle, even looked at it with me and we can't seem to fine anything wrong. We checked the battery and it has 9 volts in it but we still decided to let it charge over night, yet it still won't start. I am in the process of reading my manual but i would really appreciate and feedback you all have to offer. Thank you in advance!

Your battery prob has a dead cell; The voltage MUST read 12 volts for the bike to start.
9 volts on a 12v battery is like a mouse trying to kick the cat, It bites!
Recharge the battery, try again!
If the battery drops to 9 on load, the battery is junk. Use a battery that you know works and try again.
Get an Optimate trickle charger (or similar) these can be left connected to the battery while you are away and will keep it in good condition, the newer versions can resurrect some batteries that seem dead.
